Fonologia is an individual test that examines phonological difficulties in individuals with potential reading and writing disabilities.
The test analyzes cognitive abilities that mark dyslexic difficulties, however it could also highlight other challenging areas.
The test is divided into 12 sub-tests and the result is presented via a distinct diagram based on the different factors that the test meassures. A bigger area indicates more severe difficulties. The diagram may be used as a basis for discussion with the test-subject and his/her guardian.
Fonologia is normed from 2:nd grade and up (including adults) and takes on average 30-45 minutes to perform. The test is performed orally.
With the service comes a manual included in the app which explains the theoretical background.
